Solfa’s new piece, Lasair na Saoirse (The Flame of Freedom) was premiered by the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland on the 20th of January in the National Concert Hall Ireland, as part of ‘Composer Lab’, a development initiative by Contemporary Music Centre, NSOI and RTE Lyric FM. The concert was broadcast live and can be heard here.
